If you look at 1:25:30 during the closing credits in the left 'Dallas' style panel, it shows them in a sex scene from the orgy. I think what they did was they led the viewer to believe Kay did not take part in the orgy, but she had to fantasize about it as though she had. So they shot those scenes of the whole group stimulating her, her having sex with Jeff Scott (shown in her dream right before she has sex with her son, Paul). For good measure they had her have a scene with Jessie Adams, but they only show that as the credits roll for the forensic porn watchers out there (like me).
